Statement: I have over 15 years’ experience in translating from Spanish to English as a lecturer in Spanish language and literature at the universities of Edinburgh, Cambridge and Oxford. I also have 20 years’ experience as a lecturer in Property Law and Legal Writing, currently at King’s College London. I have published on property law and Spanish law in international journals. I offer a knowledge of English and Spanish law and a general knowledge of Spanish literature and culture. I am American-born but live in the UK and so am knowledgeable about the differences between American and British language and culture.
