Mailing preferences

• As part of your CIOL membership you are entitled to receive a range of benefits and services from us and we communicate this information by email.

• CIOL members can manage their own mailing preferences so you can decide what information you would or would not like to receive. The only exception to this is essential service emails which we need to send you in order to maintain your CIOL membership (e.g. the annual renewal notice) which you cannot unsubscribe from.

• To manage your preferences log in and then simply opt in or out of the communication groups listed below. You can change your mind at any time; your mailing preferences are linked to your membership record and will only be used by CIOL to send you relevant information. Your data will not be shared with any third parties unless it is to fulfil a benefit of membership under contract.
