Statement: I work as a writer, translator and editor in two subject areas: automotive and IT.
In the automotive area, I translate from French and German into English, undertaking projects from urgent press releases to complete books. I also offer a pre-editing service of French texts prior to translation. I have written six automotive books in English (all published by Veloce Publishing) and am a member of the Guild of Motoring Writers.
In the IT area, I edit English-language IT reports and translate IT texts from French into English. I previously worked in international product development for Microsoft for 17 years.
I hold an MA in French and German from the University of Oxford and am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts as well as the CIOL.
