Statement: I am a skilled and experienced linguist with extensive experience in a number of language related areas. As well as nine years of experience teaching English in Saudi Arabia, I have eight years of experience translating, interpreting and proofreading/editing. I learnt Arabic in Saudi Arabia before completing an MA in Translation Studies (Arabic-English English-Arabic) with the University of Portsmouth, which I passed with a merit. I also have an MA in Education (Applied Linguistics). I have translation and interpreting experience in a wide range of areas from political and legal to religious, medical and social services.
