Statement: I have over 7 years of experience in English <> Italian translation and, for the last 3.5 years, I worked as in-house translator for a company, being responsible for the Italian version of their website. This job gave me the chance to make experience in a crossover of fields (clothing, GPS devices, technical language, marketing, legal) in translation. Other fields of direct experience in translation include newspaper articles, cultural and touristic information material. Apart from English and Italian, I have also a working knowledge of French and a pre-intermediate level of Japanese. I have a strong interest in arts, history and fashion: I often read and visit exhibitions around these topics. I also hold QTS for teaching foreign languages.
