She has a Master's Degree in English from University of Kent, UK and a PhD in Translation and Interpreting Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University. She has presented at Interpreting and Translation conferences in Seoul (2014), Poznan, Poland (2014), Berlin (2015), Edinburgh (2016) and HongKong (2017). She holds all vetting and security clearances in the UK, ensuring a high level of quality service, trust, and professionalism.
