- Marketing toolkit for translators – Vasiliki Prestidge MCIL CL and Jaquelina Guardamagna MCIL CL
- Amazing careers in languages – Jane Galbraith leads a panel discussion with four professional linguists and finds out how they use their languages in different and fascinating walks of life, such as the RAF and the BBC, and CIOL members Sue Leschen FCIL CL and Michael Wells MCIL CL
- Real Lives: languages for emergencies and real life situations – Nick Mair, Director of Languages at Dulwich College, introduces CIOL’s new language exam for schools
- Living the dream – working as a legal and business interpreter, presented by lawyer-linguist Sue Leschen FCIL CL
