Robyn focused specifically on sole traders and small businesses and covered:

3. Keeping data
4. Rights of the data subject
5. Inside or outside the EEA?

CIOL members were given the opportunity to ask questions, which have been compiled as generic FAQs. The FAQs are not exhaustive and are intended only as a guide; they do not constitute legal advice or substitute legal counsel. CIOL will not take any responsibility for actions taken or not taken as a result of the information contained within the video or the FAQs. CIOL accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions contained within the webinar video or FAQs. Further information and guidance can be found on the ICO website

In addition, CIOL members can contact Robyn Banks for a telephone consultation, guidance on producing a privacy notice and other key documents. CIOL has negotiated a special rate for CIOL members of £175.00, payable directly to Robyn Banks. For more information please email Robyn.
