This is an exciting opportunity to join the Chartered Institute of Linguists, working in the busy Client Services team of its Awarding Organisation the IoL Educational Trust (IoLET). We offer a broad range of both regulated professional qualifications for linguists as well as customer focused qualifications for government departments, agencies, business organisations, universities and schools.
We have two vacancies for good administrators to assist with a variety of aspects of our customer support. The team handles all communications with our candidates and customers including registration, enquiry handling and results release so a high level of administrative expertise is a must in helping us to maintain our gold standard reputation for qualification delivery.
We are looking to point administrators with a solid background in this sort of work who are looking to be part of a busy team in a constantly changing and diverse environment. The roles will suit someone who is comfortable working under pressure, flexible and responds positively to new challenges.
The job description, which you can read here, will give an indication of key responsibilities, experience and attributes required. Appointment to one of the roles at a supervisory level may be available to candidates with appropriate and relevant qualifications and experience.
