IoL Educational Trust (IoLET), the Awarding Organisation at the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL), is recruiting two Client Services Assistants to handle the administration of an increasing range of qualifications and examinations activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the IoLET in these new posts following a team reorganisation. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the key focus of these roles is to deliver excellence in customer enquiry handling, data processing and examination administration, thereby contributing towards a step-change in our levels of customer service.


Client Services Assistant (2 positions)


Central London


£20,000-£22,000 per annum



Responsibilities include

  • Handling high volume client enquiries by email, phone and in person
  • Ensuring that enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing full and accurate information in response to client enquiries
  • Accurate and confidential processing and maintenance of client records
  • Assisting with large volume mailings or electronic communications
  • General administrative support

Job description

FileClient Services Assistant

These roles will suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who is outgoing and enjoys working with people. As well as being comfortable dealing with clients at all levels, you will have a good eye for detail and a clear understanding of what constitutes high level customer service.

You will already have had some experience working in a similar role dealing with clients, processing data and handling general administrative tasks.
